Voice FormsWith our new Voice Forms feature, an officer simply dials an 800 number and our automated voice system guides them through a set of questions based on your forms. After the officer assigns a priority to the report (assuring that the more important incidents are typed first), it is saved on a server. Authorized users have immediate access for typing in the order of priority the report was assigned. The author can review the report before routing it to the supervisor for approval. If approved, it is stored as a PDF document in the Presynct Report Network and the data is extracted and stored in SQL database for later retrieval.
