Implementation

The implementation process is much more than just installing an application on a server and training users. 

Forms Design

The Presynct Report Network contains your custom forms, so we sit down with each customer individually and determine which forms to implement and what sort of logic needs to be in each form.  Logic consists mainly of the required fields – what fields are dependent on data from other fields, are there any drop-down menus, what is the content of the drop-down menus, etc.  Special features are also decided on at this juncture -- is there a calendar for the date field, does the DOB automatically calculate the age when a date is entered, what information carries over from form to form, is there a Master Name Index for name fields, etc.

Installation Planning

Once the Forms Design decisions are made, we present you with an installation plan with dates and timelines for your review and agreement.  Each project is tracked using Microsoft Project in a document which is approved by both Presynct and the Customer.  Experience has taught us that teamwork results in the most satisfying and successful implementations – when each party knows what is expected of the other in the whole implementation process so that the customer and Presynct are a team.  After signing off on the project plan, Presynct gets started with the fun part – creating your forms in the Presynct Report Network.
