e-Reporting

Presynct Report Network’s e-Reporting module allows users of the system to generate custom-designed management reports. All data in the database is available for generating reports.  For example, users may want to know exactly how many “Aggravated Assaults” were reported in a given time period (by day, week, month, or year). With several clicks of the mouse, Presynct will generate an easy-to-read report.  Reports can be printed and exported in PDF format. 

Presynct uses Crystal Reports XI to generate these reports. If any agency has staff that can create reports on their own, we will incorporate them at no extra charge.

The Analysis Reporting feature makes it easy to select the type of report you'd like to view. For example, you can select reports by date or charge type, or view the workflow history of an officer.
