Customers who use Coplogic (http://www.coplogic.com) and want their on-line citizen reports to go through the Presynct workflow now have that capability. Data from the Coplogic on-line citizen reporting tool can now populate agency-native report forms in Presynct.
The integration with Coplogic further enhances the ability of the Presynct Report Network to serve as a single point of incident data entry and a central location for incident information captured by the agency. Incident data stored in the agency's records management system (RMS) is extracted and auto-imported into the RMS.

San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department is integrating a new paperless system [Presynct Report Network] as part of a plan to streamline operations and become less dependent on paper. Potential savings are expected to be millions of dollars, and officials will be able to investigate crimes more efficiently. Presynct will make report filing virtually paperless. The system is linked into Dispatch, and Presynct auto-populates the report form with the call history information.
"Authorities are also excited about the software because it is adaptable and can be changed to fit each station's needs," reports Staff Writer Beatriz E. Valenzuela.
