UPDATE 4Q09
The public safety team reached a major milestone in 4Q09. Integration of the Presynct Report Network field-based reporting (FBR) module with two third-party Records Management Systems (RMS) went live in 4Q09. We appreciated the cooperation and team spirit of the two RMS vendors in helping us meet the needs of our shared law enforcement customers.
Form-based is fast becoming the data entry mechanism of choice for its unique ability to quickly gain user adoption and its flexibility in meeting individual customer requirements without the need for customization. We expect these successful integrations will further demonstrate the significant added value of forms-based incident reporting.
In 4Q09, everyone here at Presynct took some time to spend with friends and family over the Holiday Season. And one of our engineers welcomed a brand-new baby girl into the family in December.
UPDATE 3Q09
Well, the third quarter is summer and that means vacation time has arrived. So we spend most of our business days working on and finishing up projects. New customer sales take a breather in the third quarter and then pick back up again in the fourth quarter. In 3Q09, we negotiated new contracts, installed new customers, prepared for 4Q09 conferences, and released version 2.5 of the Presynct Report Network. Stay tuned for details of version 2.5 improvements...
