Presynct Report Network Selected by San Ramon Police
    Department

SAN FRANCISCO, CA – San Ramon Police Department in San Ramon, CA selects the Presynct Report Network. Presynct Technologies is installing the Presynct Report Network incident reporting application in the San Ramon Police Department. The department selected Presynct's state-of-the-art digital incident reporting software as a way of improving efficiency in police report writing, and record keeping. Captain Joe Gorton expects the transition to the new system to be quite smooth, due to the fact that the electronic incident forms included in Presynct's system are designed to look exactly like what officers are accustomed to seeing on paper. Presynct Attains OLLEISN Level I Certification

SAN FRANCISCO, CA – Presynct Technologies, Inc. is proud to announce OLLEISN Level I Certification for their Presynct Report Network. Presynct was certified as of December 29, 2006. Presynct customers in the State of Ohio are now able to share their incident data with other departments via XML files uploaded to the State via a secure VPN connection. Now that the Presynct Report Network is Level I certified, grant funding may be available from the State of Ohio to purchase it. The Presynct Report Network was recently installed in the
    Lawrence Township Police Department.

The Presynct Report Network was selected by Lawrence Township to improve and expand report-writing training opportunities for officers, gain an overall improved efficiency and effectiveness in daily operations and to help them become part of the OLLEISN data sharing project in the state of Ohio. The Lawrence Township Police Department, which has had previous experience with Records Management Systems, realized the value of Presynct's fully automated Records and Report Network. Presynct allows for the completion of incident reports electronically. Our previous RMS system was dated; the Presynct Report Network has been a welcome addition to our Agency and our report writing process. I see an immediate savings of money and time. There will be an overall 90% reduction in paper, says Chief of Police Mark Brink.

Interoperability and Information-Led Policing (ILP) are major initiatives of the Department of Homeland Security and Department of Justice. These installations of the Presynct Report Network enable Cape May and Reagan County to electronically share their data internally and move forward with technology that allows Command Staff to gain the advantages and benefits of Information–Led Policing. Data is also shared externally according to each agency�s determination as appropriate to their needs.

OLETC Selects the Presynct Report Network

SAN FRANCISCO, CA – The Presynct Report Network was selected by the National Institute of Justice (NIJ) Office of Law Enforcement Technology Commercialization (OLETC) to participate in the Commercialization Planning Workshop (CPW). The CPW is offered by OLETC three times a year. Participation is by invitation only and provides a select group of companies and products with an intense week of classes, seminars and meetings designed to help attendees get their products into the public safety and corrections marketplace.
