Presynct Report Network Demo

The Presynct Report Network forms-based incident report writing system has a workflow engine and full database for archive, storage and retrieval.  Presynct is industry standards compatible and integrates with third-party proprietary systems that are also industry standards based.  An agency’s native forms are automated then utilized from report creation all the way through distribution and archiving. Officers and Supervisors fill out reports using either a mobile client or their current local area network.

Built within the Presynct Report Network is a complete approval-rejection tracking process. Finalized incident reports can be shared with others using a cost-efficient paperless distribution process. Information contained in the forms is stored in a SQL database for later retrieval and analysis.

Form Functions (02:37)

All forms in Presynct Report Network are configured to meet the needs of each customer.  This shows some of the common form features for all of our customers.

Report Attachments (00:48)

Users have the ability in Presynct Report Network to attach documents to their reports.  Reports Attachments can be just about any digital file:  pictures, scanned documents, and audio recordings.

After signing into Presynct Report Network, the user’s home page is displayed where they get an overview of the workload such as reports they are currently working on.

The backbone of the Presynct Report Network is its workflow management.  The system keeps track of all user’s reports and where they are in the approval process.  The workflow can be configured to meet the specific needs of your agency.
