About Us

Presynct Technologies, Inc. has over 15 years� experience in the public safety and healthcare markets. Our history began with healthcare--where we created, processed, stored, archived, and retrieved thousands of reports a day with the staff of two humans and with the power of only one network computer! Can you imagine? Only one computer handled the reports from hundreds of professionals in the field writing thousands of reports who never once had to come into the office. All work was processed through a secure Internet connection from all over the country. With this experience and the power of our network, we saw its capabilities for the public safety sector.

But first we did our research. We talked with law enforcement professionals at all levels, from the front-line beat officer to the Chief of Police and Sheriff. We consulted with retired law enforcement officers. We learned from you about what you needed for more efficient police incident-reporting and workflow processes. We paid attention to what works best and what doesn�t work well.

When it came time for product design and development, again you guided us. The Presynct Report Network was developed. This powerful system used to support the Public Safety sector was developed and built in a live environment with a mid- to large-sized agency. The user-feedback based on evaluation and use of the Presynct Report Network that we received from the agency was awesome! Their assistance contributed greatly to making Presynct the most user-friendly and the most comprehensive public safety software available.
